WHAT'S NEW: I figured out how to remove sizes/colors that are back ordered, so people won't be able to order merch they can't get (sorry to the beta testers that happened to). I also added a bunch of colors to the Doctor Lo '33' shirt and the 1992 GSW Squibb shirt! Remember, this is just me, Lo, running this store, so you can always email me with questions about your order, ideas for products, etc.
ABOUT THE STORE. Like many musicians I've struggled for years on and off as to the best way to do merch. You never know what to order and how much; it requires a big up-front investment to make inventory; and then as often as not, you end up with a storage locker full of unsold t-shirts in sizes and colors nobody wants! So, I did the research and mastered the learning curve and figured out how to do a print-on-demand store. That means each piece is printed and shipped when it is ordered, and not before; I don't have to keep any inventory on hand. The downside is that items are prices maybe 10 to 20% higher than they might otherwise be (although not out of line with prices of merch at a live concert) and the shipping times take a little longer (you don't get your stuff in 1-2 days, but in a couple weeks). The upside is, it makes it manageable for me, AND it allows me to have a whole range of different shirts and products, in lots of different colors and sizes, which I'd never be able to do if I was inventorying and shipping this stuff myself.
SO, THANK YOU! if you choose to support me and my music by buying from this store. Every piece you buy goes to support me in continuing to make music, write new songs, make new records, and play shows. Since it's relatively easy to add new products to the print-on-demand system, if you have an idea for a product you'd like to buy, email me at lofabermusic@gmail.com and tell me about it, and I'll try to create it for you! And if you're an artist interested in designing some Doctor Lo stuff, same thing, please reach out in an email and let's bring your idea to life!
